PLUX NYC currently ships to customers across the United States.

International shipping may be available for selected destinations. If international shipping is offered, available options and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, holidays, sales events, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and available shipping method.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website and may be subject to minimum order values or other conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or has not received a tracking update for an extended period, please contact us at  so we can review the shipment and assist you.

PLUX NYC will work with the shipping carrier to investigate delivery issues. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation and applicable shipping terms.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged packaging

• Photos of the damaged item

• A brief description of the issue

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

International Shipping & Customs

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are not controlled by PLUX NYC and may vary by country.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local carrier operations.

Pre-Owned & Vintage Items

Some products listed by PLUX NYC may be pre-owned, vintage, or previously handled.

Each item is described as accurately as possible, and product images should be reviewed carefully before purchase. Minor signs of wear may be present where disclosed in the product description.

Shipping does not alter the condition of the item as described at the time of purchase.
